[s-cars] ETKA hidden treasures: Photos of parts and accessories

I just found out that there are literally thousands of photos
squirrelled away in ETKA.  In Version 6.0 they are in folders in
ETKA_root = Zubjpeg (as in Zubehor = accessories) and Trnpics (mostly
parts).

In ETKA 7, the Zubjpeg and Trnpics folders are in Etka/data/AU.  In 7,
Zubjpeg has 3291 pictures and Trnpics 671 pictures.  Most have part
numbers with the photos.

Enjoy.  Remember to drink fluids and stretch once and a while.
