[s-cars] Cabrio question

Folk’s,

My ’94 Cabrio windows will only operate up and down via the master control
switch by the ebrake handle.  This raises or lowers all four windows at
once.  They do not operate via the individual drivers’ switches or the
passenger door switch.   

I had just replaced the relay which I thought not working, with a new used
one (that does NOT have the “B” suffix on the part number as the original
one does.)

Any thoughts on this short of getting the exact relay part number?  

I thought perhaps the new one would apply to cars without child proof lock
out??  Of which the cabrio has none.  

Top still operates perfectly and IME rivals the space shuttle in its’
operation.  

Any electrical thoughts much appreciated.
