[s-cars] urS4 wheels and big reds

I'm running the 16 x 7.5 AVUS on Big Blacks without spacers. It's a bit
scary
close on tolerances, one simple piece of gravel stuck between the caliper
and
the wheel would simply kill the finish on the caliper.
