Are they talking NZ dollars, there, Sam? No matter, the seller has a
mighty inflated
opinion of his vehicle, its present value, and its roadworthy
condition. Or is it just
possible that, as an off-road vehicle, you won't license it to drive
on the roads? :-)
I don't think you can have a happy experience with a vehicle once the
airbags have
fired. Not even a lot of good parts left with the transmission
cracked and the engine
had a little problem with the valves and pistons clashing. Sits a
little low, does it? How
much does that airbag suspension cost to repair?
By comparison, check the audiworld.com vehicle listings for the US.
How much is
shipping to NZ, and what are the problems and costs importing from
North America?
Audi certified '01 allroads sell for less than $20K US with 50K miles
or less.
