[s-cars] Dead Speedo

Input for the odometer comes from the same sensor. You can see the
sensor from the engine compartment. I'm not sure your arm is long
enough to reach it but you
can see the connector condition. My neighbors heater valve dripped
directly on his shorting out the signal when it got wet. YMMV
