Randy:  You can get colour-matched leather dye (more like a latex paint)
from Color-Plus:

Each car will be a bit different.  You send a sample of the leather
(from under the rear seat) and they colour-match to it.
 
I did this 7 years ago for touch ups like you describe.
 
Out here (Vancouver) there is a shop that does in-house colour matching
and will respray the front and rear seats for about $200.  Sean D. had
this done and it looks good.  There *might* be something like that in
Regina. (Maybe)
