I had a hp ps hose rebuilt on my 90q, cost me less than half the price
of the genuine item. Only thing I recall was that it was a little
noisier than the stock item. Other than that, no problem whatsoever.

Subject: So is there a verdict on rebuilding hydraulic hoses?
I have searched archives on both audifans and 20v.org, and found mixed
good/bad about the end results. I need both the high-pressure lines for
my
cq and one for my S4 that I just found out lists for over $500 at the
friendly neighborhood Audi dealerachip.
The two for the coupe weren't nearly as outrageous, but still probably
waaaay more than the cost of a rebuilt hose.
Thanks for any insight/BTDT.
