[s-cars] Brake light stays on after start

Well. If I knew it's a BOMB I would just replace it in hearbeat. No big deal at $79 for recharged one.
But it seem to be charging up to 30+ pumps.
Brake servo cost much more and labor involved is not something I'd like to put on my list since car for sale now.

At least for me, what began as a slight delay in the brake light going out
last june and 15,000 miles ago has matured to bomb failure and the light
staying on for up to 5 minutes while the old girl trys to catch her breath.
Hope you are a lucky one.

Lot's of good links/information. Regarding flushing - I had leaking pump
rebuilt along with lines few years ago and everything was nice. So, flushing
probably not going to help. I will try to add fluid as it's somewhere in a
middle to low.
Then I will try testing brake servo..
Thanks,
Ivan

Try slightly overfilling the pentosin reservoir.

know it's been discussed before, just can't find anything. What is the
common resolution on this issue? It seems that car has to work for about a
minute for light to go out.
Bomb is good as it holds about 30 pumps. There is no problems with brakes or
anything. It's just this light. When I bought car few years ago it was
taking few seconds for it to go out. Now it could be like 1 minute. I
wouldn't worry myself but potential buyer might.
Light goes out fast if I start car soon after shutdown.
Thanks,
Ivan
