[s-cars] Viscous fan clutch failure?

The VR6 Corrados (BTW, '92 was the first year with the VR6) have a
fairly large radiator, 630mm, and they have a twin fan set-up.  One fan
is directly coupled to an electric motor and the second fan is belt
driven off the other one.  The electric motor is a 3-speed 450w/250w/80w
unit.
