I can only answer Q4...

That bushing is available separately from the arm if you're interested
in replacing it separately. I'm pretty sure a press will be in order
for R&R. If you have the factory subframe mounts on top of it, you
should be able to extract the arm without moving the subframe. There is
one potential caveat. There's a metal sleeve that runs up through the
center of the bushing. It could be a little difficult to get out. My
subframe was six feet away from the car when I removed that sleeve, so
I'm not sure how it would have looked if I had done it with the subframe
in place. I seem to recall a hacksaw being involved in that part of the
job. In any case, the sleeve won't come out without a fight, so I
recommend replacing it ($10 each at ECS I think). Also, the long bolt
in the middle of that bushing goes into the subframe mount. The threads
on the mount are of the self-locking variety, so the bolt will very
likely come out distorted and is probably marked as one-time-use
anyway. The bolts' dimensions are M12x1.5x150 and since I never found
them anywhere except the dealer the Audi p/n is N 904 563 02.

-Cheers!
Mike
