[s-cars] Ignition switch issue?

My Tach/speedo needle drops for a second then climbs back up when I use my
left turn signal - not all the time but usually happens at cruising
speeds especially when changing lanes. It looks like something gets
triggered the moment you flicker that the turn signal lever. It never at all
happens when signaling to the right. Is there even a conection between the
two.
