[s-cars] replacing a coil pack BTDTs

If I remember correctly, there was no factory sheathing on the coil 
wires.  You will want to use as much of the new wire as possible; 
cutting and splicing them near the POS connector.  If you are capable of 
removing the connector, try this instead of a splice, but I chose to cut 
and splice (solder) the wires with shrink tubing.
