[s-cars] Monaco pre-race report

My wife just called. She's attending a boond^H^H^H^H^Hconference this
week in Nice, France.

She is currently in Monaco having a bite with some coworkers. They
took a cab from Nice. They're now down by the yacht basin checking out
all of the hardware arriving in preparation for this weekend's F1 race
there.

There's a guy there tied up with a large boat, the stern just yards
away from the sidewalk. She recognized the guy but couldn't remember
who it was. I asked her to describe him. I guessed Eddie Jordan and
asked about the boat name.
