anyone have experience with them pro or con?

the time has arrived again and im looking at several hundred for new OE
packs or javads kit.

one source i reasonably trust had a car stumbling with them and when
replaced with OE's had perfect power..

the whole aesthetic issue with javads kit is secondary if it provides better
power but id like to hear from others before i take an expensive slide..
