[s-cars] Removing an S4 seat when the fore-aft motor is fried.

"Access" in this case is we can see it.  To actually be able to swap an known good motor in there
would be "challenging" to say the least. At this point I am not sure how the motors attach to their 
respective gear drives.  But that problem may have to be overcome if that seat is to be saved.
