you mean the small black plastic tube? i had that break on my car, too. i repaired it with a small piece of rubber tubing (sold at the auto parts store as vacuum tubing, i think) that was just big enough to slip over the ends of the broken plastic tubing.

Subject: [s-cars] Intercooler Cleaning Question
I know, it goes on and on.
As long as I had the front end off and I had to drop the
turbo-to-Michelin Man tube, I decided to clean the intercooler. Of
course, that meant I had to move the pentosin reservoir and remove the
windsheild washer tank to get at the IC's back bolt. In the process,
I broke the tube that feeds the windsheild washers.
Has anyone repaired such tube after such bone-headed maneuver? Would
heat shrink work?
The reason for cleaning the IC is that I appear to have a very slow
leak above the IC. I believe it is oil. Any guesses as to what might
be leaking there? I have not identified the culprit yet. Looking for
any BTDT's.
The good news is that the inside of the samco MM hose is clean. I'm
not shooting oil through the system from the turbo.
I'll take the IC to the local quarter car wash and pressure wash the
exterior.
All suggestions welcome. Thanks.
D.
