[s-cars] Avoiding autocheck "alarm" on C4 chassis car

4 relays or resistors.  The autocheck looks for equal resitance (i.e. the
same voltages side to side).  I don't know what the allowable delta is.  How
wide is the tolerance?  I've never heard.
