Well, the other end of the spectrum..
My old F-250 351W engine the plugs in it would not come loose as they would 
seize in place in under a year even with anti-seize.
While changing plugs I snapped the plug off between the hex and the rest of 
the steel body.
I managed to use the engine compression to blow the rest of the insulator 
out and was then able to use an easy out to finish.

So, next spring I take it to the dealer to have them do it. They end up 
replacing both heads for me at their cost because they also broke the plugs 
while doing it.

I don't have many good things to say about for, so I usually don't  say much 
:-)
