RM:  Our own Steve Young has completed a most excellent write up this conversion, using the original instructions from Mike DeBlasio and a new technique that I developed. (Mike's was Method 1.  I did Method 1 one car and developed a intermediate Method 2 for another car.. Steve was the "guinea pig" for Method 3, an improved combination of Methods 1 and 2, when he was looking for instructions and I had run out of cars to try Method 3 on).   The results speak for themselves.
