[s-cars] No Radio Code

I don't have a radio code and for the last 5 years I've nursed the situation
with jumper cables and other conductive means to keep voltage applied.

Am I correct thinking that the only way to resolve this issue is to visit
the dealer?

IIRC my dealer told me it would be ~$60 and would involve them moving my
radio to another car (momentarily) or vice versa.  Sounds flakey.  What's
the real story?
