I had this happen on a couple connectors.

Problem was that someone previously didn't firmly seat the connector
onto the coil and it pressed the connector firmly agains the spark plug
where the heat caused it to stick. This same connector also had a curve
to it from the pressure.

With Beru connectors selling for ~$5 why go with any other brand?
