[s-cars] Strut Brace (was: Dammit)

mine is a 3/92 build and has the strut tower brace.  also has the cool 2-position hood strut, which is great for working under the hood.

Yeah, I think '92s were the only ones that didn't have it.  Might have
started coming through in the later part of the '92 MY.
