[s-cars] Euro xenon HID headlights

I did the aftermarket HID upgrade once. I did the TT projector/A6 
electronics upgrade twice. The latter was a bit more expensive and 
somewhat more work, but bulbs are easily found and the electronics 
are all Audi.

The light output is excellent.

I'd *only* go that way (TT projectors) again.
