Won't work Chris but thanks nonetheless.  I need something to prevent the
water from pooling at my garage door which this type of seal would only
exacerbate.  Said differently I need a little dam.  The driveway folks built
up the blacktop in front of one bay but not the other - go figure...

There are several companies that make garage door "threshold" seals.
Perhaps you would be better off with something designed for the job.
