thanks for all the input guys,
I think I will offer them for sale at 50bucks shipped continental US and if someone buys them fine, I will replace them with OE.. If they dont sell, I'll put them on for a year and see how the pedal feels and things wear. ..I mean how bad could a burst line actually be :0

Gonna chime in on this finally.
I bought TAP's SS lines all-round WAY back when, like so far back I really
forget.
Has to be 8-10 years ago.
Fronts where replaced due to BIRA sys 6, but the rears are still there no
issues what so ever.

I've installed Paragon braided lines on the 4 corner's 5 years ago when a
rear line failed. Five years later, I've have had three lines replaced on
the rears (one failure, other 2 just had SS torn off but no failure) and now
on rubber on the rears.
You have to take into account that the S-Bitch is cursed and part-hungry,
but the fact I've runned through three rear lines while the front are still
there and intact is a good indication that braided lines on rear may not be
a good idea.

Objet : [s-cars] braided stainless brake lines for REAR.. DO/DONT ?
Hi list,
I have had rear braided lines for a while now on the shelf waiting.
Ive got braided up front with the stop-tech's and now with the factory rears
looking haggard, they need to be replaced.
In speaking with a couple heads at s-fest, it was suggested that for the
rears, abrasion against the rear could be a problem.
So id like to hear what some lister's have to say with their pro/con
experience with stainless braided for rear lines.
thanks.
