[s-cars] Big Red Knockoffs on Ebay - Junk?

Why bother. you can get good used genuine Porsche calipers for 
reasonable money. Boxster calipers typically go for $300. Boxster 
S calipers go for $300-$350, bigger calipers a bit more. But not a 
lot!

I sure wouldn't use replica calipers!
