14psi is correct for operating on WG spring pressure alone.

Subject: [s-cars] Disconnecting Electrical Connector at WGFV
S-heads,
If you disconnect just the electrical connector of the WGFV, how much
boost should be produced?
I tried this and boost built up steadily to about 14psi upon reaching
redline in a 2nd gear pull. I don't pretend to understand how all
these components work.
Still trying to find my drastic cut off of power. I tried switching
software and I still have the problem, but at lower boost levels.
With this new software, and everything hooked up, I had the drastic
cut in power at 24 psi (my old software would exhibit this cut-off at
27psi).
Any and all ideas and help is appreciated.
Thanks.
