[s-cars] control arm bushing replacement

Carlos:

The outer nut (sway bar end) is 89 ft-lbs plus 1/4 turn (90 degrees).
Inner bolt is 81 ft-lbs plus 1/4 turn (90 degrees).

You should always use new hardware.
