[s-cars] Nokian tire Question

Looking for new Nokian WR's too,  or a similiar tire. Not looking for an ice 
tire, I live in Manchester, NH. The tires will be on for 5 or 6 months. The 
road is clear/dry  24hrs  after the snow ends. Snowed maybe 6 or 7 times 
last winter??
