[s-cars] Bill Perron - Sad News

That is a real shocker, we all just saw Bill at S-Fest a few weeks ago.  He
was an engineer at Otis Elevator and was a real nice guy.  When he got
married a few years ago a bunch of us (the Krasusky garage gang) chipped in
and got him a surprise wedding present.

That section of Rt. 4 is a winding 2-lane road as it leaves Farmington.  

We'll miss him.

For those of you that know Bill Perron, it is with heavy heart that I
announce that Bill was involved in a fatal car accident around 5pm Saturday
in Farmington CT.  Bill and his wife Colleen were in their Cabriolet when a
pick-up truck crossed the center of the road and hit them.  Bill tried to
move over as much as possible but was unable to avoid the accident.  He was
killed instantly.  His wife Colleen survived the accident and was being
discharged from the hospital today.

I met Bill through the S-Car list and have known him for the last 6 years or
so. He was a good friend and one of the nicest persons I've had the
privilege to know.  He will be sorely missed.
