I just had my J-hose (between pump and bomb) rebuild by Spokane House of Hose and they were great. About $80 including shipping.
Ask for Jay Greene. Not sure if they will repair the other hose (or if you have one to repair) but they did a great one on mine.

Anyone have a good source on Flex hoses between the pump and the steering 
rack.
