It's funny - Nic and I got in a discussion about this at S-Fest West.
He claimed the RS2 was the largest K24 made, and was not based on the
K26.  He said that the "7200" in the KKK number showed that was true.

Now, I'm not pretending I know one damn think about turbos, part
numbers or the history of the K24.  I'm just repeating what I was
told.  It seems rumor and myth surround Audis, and I'm trying to
separate fact from fiction.
