It's cool, Paul. I was just tryin to have a bit of fun and make an E-W
connection.

I think all of us in all locations with all budgets enjoy all the activity
whether we can be part of it in person or not -- it's a family.

For those of us that have watched S-Fest with some envy it looks as if
//S-Fest West is a going thang; it seemed to be much like the first year or
three of that eastern venue from what I can tell, except we didn't get quite

as fussy about parking and all the cars had Audi rings on them. Carl
deserves a huge round of applause and appreciation for opening up his home
and for his endless hospitality. Kudos also to co-organizer Gabriel
Caldwell with support from Eric Phillips and contributions by Dave Forgie
and others I assume.>>>

Ironic it is. cloning my event and then to hear silly digs shot at ours.
So great to have yous contact me prior, too! Awesome. Original name, and
everything.

Steve, when I have GoF's @ my place any given work night a buncha times a
year (next weekend stay looneytooned) that attract say 20 cars to my house,
sure we don't get "fussy" about parking either. Coordinating a
multinational premiere event that features 60 UrS cars alone, and six figure
P's, F's, lions and tigers and bears - OH MY! - well, yeah, things get
particular.

Kinda sorta an integral part of what makes //SFest, //SFest. There is only
one //SFest - a festival of JNR and fellow friends - a GoF of exponential
proportion framed out by a finely flowing barrage of UrSs and all other
automotivedom of relevance. And we do find everyone here rather enjoys the
varied array of "non ring'd" eye candy - we're a bunch of petrol heads first
and foremost here, not exclusionary by any means. So much so hey maybe just
maybe "//SFest2008" (if there were such a thang), heck, maybe we'll have it
be an AntiAudi event? 8-)

ANYwho. kudos at least in providing an outlet for you wrong coasters to gtg,
tho, it's been a long time coming. Sounds like all had fun - great to see!
Do keep up the good work there guys - sure the folks out there appreciate it
as does everyone within a 2k radius of CT. Definitely looking forward to
some of your original ideas, I am - we could then clone them maybe behind
the scenez and take credit? Sweet! Less werk for me!

The first year in my yard only saw ~ 45 cars and 75 people so it can take
awhile to sprout root. Years 2 and three grew markedly from there. Years
four, five, six? Well, you know the story. Contrary to some of the comedic
misinformation floating about out there, our Granby location had always been
on the market for sale. 2005 was to be @ CMC initially, only to be swung
back to Granby at the last minute. And in the most hilarious of irony. it
was those on AW that "pissed off the homeowner", 2 years running. The
misinformation out there sure does provide good laughs yeah.

Again gentz - kudos on your get together - it's true this is all in good
spirit. Some of it just slightly misguided it would seem.
