i'd like to hear more about the steering damper.  seems to me that it
would take some of the feel out of the steering.  i think the one on my
UrS4 is shot, with 149k miles on the odometer.

in the last few thousand miles, i've noticed the car doesn't track very
well and seems to tramline quite a bit.  the car floats more over bumps
than it used to.  it's time for new struts, and i'm not sure what else
needs to be replaced yet.  i don't want to throw a gigantic chunk of money
at the car, but i'd like to tighten up the handling.
