[s-cars] Used tranny - I test crashed no procon-ten

Just so we are all clear, the procen-ten system only works when the
frontal impact is hard enough to push the transmission backwards. In
all other cases procen-ten does nothing.

i.e. transmission goes backwards -> cables looped around tranny bracket
and attached to front seat belt tensioners become taught.

Gentz,

Speaking as someone who has test-crashed an S4 with the EDU trans
with the procon-ten system not connectted.

Seat belts tensioned fine, I didn't move as I impacted, bounced off the
guard rail and re-impacted the guardrail.

With that said 2 of the 4 mounts are there and a "strap" could
easily be fabricated to go under the trans to mount the other 2.
