I'm using the euro sport springs with HD Bilsteins.
 
I have the same driving impression with mine that 
Jamie has with his.  So either way you should be fine.

I'm  running the euro sport springs with the bilstein
sports.  I researched  this fairly extensively when I
organized the group purchase several years  ago. 
According to the bilstein folks for the sport springs
it basically  doesn't matter which shocks you pick
(sports or HD).  The rates are the  same.  I went with
the sports and the sport springs - love the combo.  
Seems to be the ideal compromise between looks
performance and ground  clearance.  The roads here
would eat a H&R set up alive.   Monster pot holes and
frequent deep  water.
