[s-cars] Perron Fund is Closed for donations - you guys rock

Thanks to all who have donated for their generosity in helping out the
widow of one of our own.  The flurry of activity last night and today
have pushed the fund to $1300.  Special thanks to Lee Levitt for an
extremely generous donation.
