[s-cars] S4 in VT for sale

Hi Don (and Pat),

I apologize that my speculation felt like a personal accusation, even
if anonymously.
It was only meant to show how long distance deals can fall apart.
Ok, arbitrage
banker was a little much. Thanks for the note to close this story.

I hope it wasn't 1600 CA or your buddy may have overpaid compared to
what
the other offers were. Darin omitted the fact that his offer was a
lowball bid. Did
I say premium price? The guy must have thought he was swimming with
sharks
from the s-car list and sold in desperation because he really needed
the money.
Hard to believe you can't get $2K for a running S4.

There are many in the s-car family who have met and know Don as a
person of
integrity and know this is the only way he would deal. I apologize
that anything
I wrote places any cloud on that reputation.

Tom
