[s-cars] 92 S4 with leaking powersteering return line

Greetings all 
I've been postponing the inevitable leaky PS return line until the weather
improves here in SE Wi, and just today I looked a little closer at what
might be involved in replacing the midpart of the line where it "T's" with
some line that runs back to the master cylinder. Anyone BTDT and can point
out any pitfalls that might be avoided..Looks like the ABS unit will have to
be removed to get at the hoseclamp underneath it? 
Any help would be appreciated
