[s-cars] big reds still feel soft

Same squealy results with the HPS pads and the ECS II setup. I switched to
Textars and haven't looked back - except for an occassional glance in the
rear view mirror to see the panic in other driver's faces. I have not
checked for cracks in the brackets, but will as the weather gets warmer. I
don't like the slow bite to the textars, but they're quiet.
