only M540i
	(less than 100- maybe 40?). Still, that's a nice car.
	
	The rare E36 is the '94 only 325is M Technic or the '99 M3
Cabriolet. '95 M3
	Lightweight as well.

	Kidding aside, I know what you meant.  I didn't say hen's tooth
rare, just rare.  As in, they prolly made something like what, maybe
5,000 E36 ///M's total in all variants each of those 2 years, of which
MAYBE a third were sedans, then of "those", I'd venture like maybe 400
sticks.  Just my SWAG but I bet I'm not way off base.
