I remember a movie called "Black Moon Rising" with Tommy Lee Jones that was pretty cool to me when it came out...of course I was 16 and haven't seen it since.......in the same genre and vintage, there's also "The Wraith" which on the whole is a crappy movie, but it features Charlie Sheen and Sherilyn Fenn (oooh) and the Dodge Turbo Interceptor (M4S) concept, as well as a few clapped out hot rods.
