The DOT sedan rear corners are:

4A5 945 217 A - Left, 218 A - Right

4A9 945 217 A - Left, 218 A - Right

Reference Illustration 945-10, either A10Q or A6Q, Local and USA markets

The only part of your PN that makes sense is the "945".
