[s-cars] FA clarification

Brian,

Those are US DOT sedan rear corners.  095A is left side, and 096A is
right.  You should see "DOT" molded in above the part number.

I don't have a US version of the FA loaded so don't know if that is the
part number they are listed under (won't show up in Euro version if
that's where you're looking), but they're definitely US DOT corners.
