[s-cars] Big brakes and 16" wheels

Well no problem except for the additional winter front parking brakes (when
the snow caking on the inside of the rim freezes up solid with the calipers
- makes an interesting snapping noise when you up the torque and break them
free first thing in the morning).

I've got the big Reds w/ RS2 brackets and Euro A8 323x30 rotors.  They do
fit under the stock 16x7.5 Avus wheels.  It's tight, but no issues.  I've
used the Avus rims for my winter tires for the past couple of years.  No
problem at all.
