[s-cars] Big brakes and 16" wheels

If you're running those 928 GTS brakes with either the A8L rotors, the BIRA
S6 rotors or the ECS S3 rotors, they will clear the stock S6 Avus 16"
wheels, but by a ridiculously thin margin- on the order of a couple mm at
most.
