[s-cars] Big brakes and 16" wheels

And the BIRA.org system 3 brakes (just barely) fit under the 16" OEM 
AVUS style wheels.  It's tight but they fit.  They also fit under a 
set of 16" Borbet type "0" wheels which are shod with Blizzak snow tires.
