Doug- just to chime in on springs. i installed euro sport springs on my 
avant several years ago. while i found a super deal on a used set,  i will 
say they are not less stiff than h&r IMHO- just not as low. i chose them 
then because they were not quite as low and i was then useing the car as a 
dd. -rob
