ETKA is fairly easy to use and you can still download it.. 
Check Charlies' site for one known link.. there are probably any others.

The ETKA shows a parts blow up of everything frankly, and might be
useful for your friend to 
catalog each part. (in addition to visualizing the sequence to
disassemble).
 
 You might get flooded (I hope) with lots of inquires by verbal
description..so having the part numbers 
is an exact way to identify everything being sold. 
 
AAN is worth around $2K maybe more for a motivated buyer. stock ECU
around $400-$600, I've seen wide price range.  if I recall your S car
wasn't too old yet.. Use Audifans Marketplace to advertise, you'll get
lots of hits.

Hello all,
Finally lined somebody up to dismantle my urS4! Apologies to those who  
have been waiting for parts from me, they will be going out soon. If  
anyone is interested in any parts, please let me know.

My friend who is dismantling the car is not familiar with Audis,  
although so far he is doing a good job. Does anybody know of a good  
reference for taking everything apart? I don't have a Bentley, and its  
kind of pointless to buy one now. Will ETKA be fine? I've never used  
it.....

Also, does anyone want an AAN, tranny, and/or ECU? How much are these  
things worth?

On an unrelated note, anyone else notice the sweeeeeet 20vt project in  
eurotuner? 034 FTW- 800HP or bust!
