[s-cars] ref e36 - AudiContent - Europa Avant

Good eye Domo - I even tried to crop out the bldg. as I figured
someone'd catch it and wasn't sure they wanted it broadcast all over the
internet so I did my best.  D'oh 8-).  Doubt it's a big deal in the Audi
circles, prolly a bigger issue on the P boards.

They also had a full Rothman's livery'd car in being resto'd.  Yeowzers.

Now...  WTF's the deal with that Avant I mentioned, I wonder???  I
typo'd below, it's NOT Europa but ***NOGARO***.  CT tags, neu //S6
badge.  Full Nogaro alcantara interior - boy does *that* not wear well -
real pilly.  

I ask WTF's up with it, as there were a few conundrums present:

-didn't appear to have front fender flares - not a real "//S"??? - I
swear there weren't maybe it was just my eye?  Doubt that.
-automatic
-gauge cluster looked that out of a pudestrian C4 - black faces, no
"//S" logo.
-3spoke Sport wheel badge didn't appear to have "S6" inscribed, just the
"Sport" badge

Now - here's the kicker...  being the //Super //Sleuth I am, I knelt
down and peep'd under the nose.  Yup, ITSAV8 (sorry Ron).  Dual pipes
very obvious, one coming down each side of the block.

What kind of basturd creation could this be?  I looked in all the jams
thru the seams and paint appeared to be, well, Nogaro.

There's something for yous to chew on.  Discuss.

Hey, I recognize the back of that building.  I see you've been visiting
Jim Newton over at Automobile Associates.  I remember wandering through
the shop and showroom when I was having them do my alignment on the S6 a
few years back.  They had a nice Panamerica racer in the showroom, and
all sorts of other toys in the garage in various stages of construction.
